Our secure-server software uses SSL to encrypt all your personal information,
as well as your credit or debit card number.
SSL is a security protocol used for securing communications on the web.
SSL technology takes a message and runs it through a set of steps that encrypts
the message. This is done so that the message cannot be read while it is
being transferred.
When the message is received by the intended recipient, SSL decrypts the
message, checks that it came from the correct sender and verifies that it has
not been tampered with.
If you need to return all or part of your order then please contact us within
24 hours. Please note that we will not accept returned goods because of
measurement discrepancies for which we were not responsible.
Products must be returned in their original condition and in their original
packaging, within 7 days of delivery, quoting the relevant despatch note number
in order for a refund to be made. The documentation should be retained by
you.
If the goods are damaged on arrival please contact us within 24 hours, we can
then arrange collection and confirm that we will redespatch the item(s) for the
following day.
If you add an order to the shopping cart the order is not processed, but
instead saved on our system so that you may review it at a later date.
You can complete your order by logging onto the site and then accessing the
Shopping Cart. To place an order you must complete the purchase cycle which
means clicking the "Final Check Out" button and then entering delivery and your
card information.
If you add an enquiry to your shopping cart it is saved for one month.
Completed Orders will be available for approximately one year.
To access a previously placed enquiry and place it as an order you need to be
logged into the Website.
1) Click the 'Log In' button on the top bar and enter your email address and
password
2) From the Shopping Cart page, use the "Final Check Out" button to take you
